The death of an inmate at the Cummins Unit near Grady on Monday is under investigation, prison officials said. Rand Champion, a spokesman for the Arkansas Department of Corrections, said an internal affairs unit is looking into the death. The department did not release the identity of the inmate Tuesday morning.
